Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We will email you an acknowledgement, and a contract is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for example where stock is unavailable or pricing is incorrect.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point the order is placed via our secure payment providers.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without reason. Our 30-day Glow Promise (see Returns & Refunds) is offered in addition to these rights and does not affect them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Liability
We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
