Our 30-day glow promise
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it has been opened — provided at least 50% of the product remains. Free gifts must be returned with the order.
How to start a return
- Email hello@masjecskincare.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label within one working day.
- Pop the items into the original packaging and drop the parcel at any UK Post Office.
- Once received and inspected (usually within 3 working days), your refund is issued.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return. We will email you as soon as the refund is processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order — this is the quickest way to receive your replacement.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items marked final, or products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
