What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone, UK delivery and billing address.
- Order history, wishlist items and product reviews.
- Payment information processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe / PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and analytics data — IP address, browser, pages visited (anonymised).
- Marketing preferences and communications you opt in to.
How we use it
To fulfil your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, personalise your experience, send service emails (always), and send marketing communications (only with your consent). Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest and consent.
Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted UK/EU-based processors — couriers (Royal Mail, DPD), payment providers, email and analytics platforms — under strict data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Your rights under UK GDPR
